May 2013: Divine Goddess

Divine Goddess energy is coming now in full force upon the planet, through our consciousness... through our awareness... through our mindfulness... that makes way for us to release and remove the protective casing around our hearts to bring us into the everyday experiences of living a life devoted to love.

We are poised now to share, communicate, collaborate and create a synergy that has never been so fully realized before in the history of humanity. We are evolving and growing at an accelerated pace, but it has never been more important to understand that this growth is for the purposes of experiencing ever greater levels of love, creativity, delight, joy, and peace.

The process of enlightenment, which is largely a deconstructive process in the beginning, must upon its return bring us back to love and creativity. If we are focused upon control and force, then we still may have a way to go before we can make our return. For true enlightenment will bring us each to stand fully in the light of the I AM PRESENCE within and to an understanding that all the power that ever was or will be is already here now.

Now is the time for turning our attention away from what we do not want, as we do the final sweep up and clearing, and to focus on what we DO want to create. The joy comes now for us as we understand the full implications of tribal community in the creationary process. No longer working alone, but taking the gifts we have excavated from our inward journey we now keep our heart circuitry in a state of constant flow. There is no longer any reason to shut down our hearts because of fear or protection. Our protection is our love... the love that we have for others and the love that we have for ourselves.... for the earth.... for the creation and the creator all becomes the same love.

We learn the importance of feeling all our feelings so that we can experience the full range of our emotions. For we cannot exclude our own well-being from the mix. It is in this space that we finally understand that whatever we do to and for ourselves, we do to and for the world. We no longer feel the separation and so we know that when we are taking good care of ourselves that if we do so in integrity it will overflow to benefit others. We know that when we walk the beauty way, that we put this energy in our field and those we come into contact with will be uplifted and inspired, as well, to create in the beauty way.

Sometimes we are called to do a great deal of clearing work to make way for beauty, love and joy... to give ourselves the time and space to create anew. We must build the faith that allows us to remain positive about what is unfolding, even if it is unknown. For as the soul emerges it is truly a great mystery and the glory of our true essence reveals itself bit by bit so that we can understand the reality of our TRUE nature. We have judged our capabilities as humans while we have been in a child state. Now we are maturing and stepping into our creator powers. It's time to walk the beauty way, where all things are bright and beautiful. It's time to remember and embody the Divine Goddess within each any every one of us. She has been here all along... now it is time to see her and BE Her

Our life must become our art. But what does art have to do with the soul? The way we move through our days, how we spend our time and whom we spend it with all come to be the fabric of our life. Looking at our entire life as a work of art, we begin to understand that we are the co-creators of our experience here in time and space, and we are responsible for creating our own masterpiece. It is our choice if we just let life happen to us, or if we decide to allow the artist soul to emerge by making a conscious choice to open up to the full magnitude of our abilities to create.

As our lives become more creative and artistic, we are simultaneously getting more and more in touch with our soul, our true essence. The soul is actually the driving force that requires us to get grounded in life and to dream up new expressions of our being and to produce something visceral and heartfelt. While getting in touch with our spirit elevates our soul, purifies our desires, opens our hearts and gives us the higher vision to create amazing grace in our lives and or to see what we already do with new eyes. The spirit and the soul could be likened to canvas and paint, respectively.

If we were to surround ourselves in simple beauty, calm environments, treks into nature, and immersed ourselves in the mystery of our own soul and opened to being surprised we would find that we start to become something unrecognizable. No longer requiring mountains of overstimulation, violence and aggressiveness, we would finally be able to apprehend the exquisite beauty that resides in every moment of life... and in the silences of our own soul.

It is uncanny how social reality can deaden and numb us so that the mystical wonder of our lives goes totally unnoticed. We are here. We are wildly and dangerously free. The more lonely side of being here is our separation in the world. - John O'Donohue

As those of us who have brought our lives forward from the inside out do so, we find that we are every increasingly sensitive to our environment, to each other and to society. And while this can be somewhat painful as we feel as though we are moving in slow motion as compared to the fast pace of society, it is also our calling to help the world "slow down" and re-enter the garden so that we can enjoy our lives... truly to fill our lives with JOY! This is the remembrance of the artist soul within each of us.

To the artist soul, every thing, every moment, every place and everyone has an inherent beauty even when ugliness is present. What we find as the artist emerges is that ugliness is not the enemy, so much as the need for speed. This quicksilver attitude, addictive, linear patterning, which has caused us to be magnificent learners and retainers of knowledge, if not allowed to take its rightful place, can stop the artist soul from ever truly emerging. And this will create a void that we will incessantly try to fill.

When you begin to sense that your imagination is the place where you are most divine, you feel called to clean out of your mind all the worn and shabby furniture of thought. You wish to refurbish yourself with living thought so that you can begin to see.  John O'Donohue

The artist soul helps us to let go and let the God within come forth and create a life worthy of Kings and Queens, with conscious delight at our own true nature. Trying to stuff ourselves into a safe little box loses all appeal and we no longer try to fill our hearts desires with fascimilies of what we really desire. This powerful being within has no such need for tight control and rigid rules.This powerful being knows when to color inside the lines and when to color outside the lines. This One has come to the altar of the soul of the world and has claimed the ability to choose... not from a place of conditioned programming... but from the ceaseless and limitless abundant supply of the Universal Creative Force within and the realization that there is way more to this artist than meets the eye.

The greatest friend of the soul is the unknown. Yet we are afraid of the unknown because it lies outside our vision and our control. We avoid it or quell it by filtering it through our protective barriers of domestication and control. The normal way never leads home.  -John O'Donohue

In this school of life, we are simply learning the lessons of our own artistry and that we have the power to manifest our hearts desires, and also to change our creations as we so desire. It is here as we merge art and soul that we become the artist standing at the gates of everything. And all becomes possible... and we are no longer afraid to make a choice, because we trust that we are always operating from the artist soul and that everything we choose brings us closer to home. This is the gift of the story of our lives and our birthright to create lives of unimaginable joy, light and love. What kind of life will you create?

March 2013: Abundant Being

What does it mean to be truly abundant? Are we all looking for the pot at the end of the rainbow? And well, what's in that pot? And for that matter, where is this rainbow? Is it truly money we want and need or are other forms of abundance important too? If money were no object what would you do? How would you choose to be in the world? These are all questions that can actually give us a greater understanding not only about our abundance, but about ourselves.

It is true that abundance comes to us in so many ways and it is important to be able to see the abundance already all around us. For if you do not have the eyes to see the abundance of this world, it will be very difficult to get and stay in the flow. It is important to understand the process of flow. It is why we say, "Let the circle be unbroken." For if we are aware of the flow and the power of the circle and how resources and money actually do circulate among us, then we understand how damaging it is to break the circle. The reality is that we do not have to pray for money or abundance of anything. Everything here that is necessary for us to grow and thrive is already energy in motion. Our role is to CHOOSE what we would like to co-create or manifest in our lives.

This can be a difficult notion for some of us to wrap our heads around, especially when we have been so unaware of the power of our own being and have spent a lifetime controlling and forcing our lives, or being controlled and manipulated by others. The jig is up, however, and more and more of us are coming out of the cocoon and growing up and into our creative abilities and our power of choice. Some of us are seeing and proving to ourselves that manifestation is a result.... of the Holy Trinity of our thoughts and feelings, which create our beliefs as we take them to our heart... and then become our life... and manifest and outpicture into the world for all to see and share.

The truth is that there is all abundance, all possibility, all the time, and the only thing that is blocking everything from manifesting at once is our power of choice. Have you ever been to a concert or a busy shopping mall and been overwhelmed by all the choices and the energy of the people and the place? This is a hint at what is pressing upon us all the time. Knowing this, do you see how important limitation and lack could be to the process of discovery of your own desires and preferences? It could be said that lean periods are times in our lives when we are sharpening or developing knowledge of what we will choose... a kind of lesson that creativity involves a letting go of what we do not want in order to lower the "noise" on the rest of it, so that we can bring forth into high relief what it is that we choose.

One of our main skills in life is to develop the eyes to see, to get into the stream of what we do want, especially  after we have found out what that is. Of course we want the intangibles such as peace, joy, creativity, belonging and love to be the baseline for our creations. But we do live in a manifested world. And so by and large what we take into our hearts, what we believe is what will be the result of how we experience our life and what is created into existence. This is great news after the initial shock when we find out we are responsible for our own experience of life... for this means that we have the power to make a different choice and create something else.

This brings us full circle to one of our opening questions that can help us determine and discern what is in our hearts. The door where there was once only a window may not become visible until we at least have a preliminary answer to these questions. For the answer is what causes the door to appear. Ultimately, even after we have seen the door, we must continue to exercise our own free will and power of choice to walk through it and engage in our life with intent.  If money were no object what would you do? How would you choose to be in the world? To answer these questions, to even get started on an answer has the power to bring us into abundance being.

Abundant Being Affirmations
I see the abundant nature of this creation.
I get into the stream of abundance by focusing on my desires and preferences.
I focus on what I want to create and experience in my life, not what I don’t want.
It is my focus and my intent which creates my life.

Reiki Share Night

Reiki Share Nite is available to the community to allow practitioners and those who are interested in reiki and energy healing to come together and explore the world of energy medicine. Any reiki practitioner at any level is welcome to both give and receive reiki treatments. Members of the community who are not attuned to give reiki are welcome to come to experience the power of reiki first hand and to explore this powerful modality.

The Reiki Share Nite experience can be conducted in a seated position, or lying down on the floor. Blankets and pillows are available if you so desire, however, you may want to consider bringing your own for your ultimate comfort. Please dress comfortably, as well.

This is a wonderful opportunity for practitioners to practice channeling reiki energy, as well as a way for all to gain greater personal experience.

February 2013: Divine Dance

“Dance, when you're broken open. Dance, if you've torn the bandage off. Dance in the middle of the fighting. Dance in your blood. Dance when you're perfectly free.” ― Rumi

The Divine Dance of our inner being has announced itself. The couple within stands at the top of the grand staircase, hand in glove, waiting to descend onto the dance floor of our heart of hearts and make way for the return to love. We thought we knew what love is, but we've been young in our approach. It's been a long, hard climb up the tree and back down again... and now finally after crossing the abyss... facing the shadows of the ego, realizing the implications of this journey...we're ready to open up, and maybe even cut loose.

“The minute I heard my first love story, I started looking for you, not knowing how blind that was. Lovers don't finally meet somewhere. They're in each other all along.”  ― Rumi

We've learned that our vulnerability is only an illusion. We've learned that our creator has made us from love and it is to love that we shall return. In our fearlessness in looking at our own unloveable parts and disowned pieces, we've entered into an agreement with our own divinity, some of us inadvertently... to reveal our soul's to the world.

Slowly at first, we peaked from the open cage door... and peered out into the vast unknown... scurrying back inside when we had had enough. Day after day, one foot in front of the other... using the patience of a saint... we coaxed our own souls out of hiding. It is a day of rejoicing. For we have braved a lifetime of pain and trauma... reconciled the irreconcilable... redeemed the unredeemable.... and loved the unloveable... and in the process revealed the Light and our own ability to love as God loves.

When the full realization comes and we understand the Divine Dance, we must know that there would never, ever, ever, ever be a He without a She. And when we can fully acknowledge this with nothing held back, this is when we get the nod from the guardians to lower ourselves down onto the dance floor of life. And with our own Mother/Father God consciousness in tact... we twirl and swirl in the divine dance of love, creativity, beauty, joy and eternal well-being. For it is through this dance that we live in the full flow of creation, as humans were intended to live.

Our resistance to love is no more. Our doubts about love are eradicated and rectified as we now understand that what before we took for love was only the cheap imitation thereof. For true love has no conditions, no attachment, no strings.... not because we are separate... but because we absolutely know that we are connected no matter what our state of mind tries to tell us. We each are a part of the other. And this has caused us to honor and love ourselves well enough to truly love our neighbor. For what good is loving our neighbor as ourself if we don't take very good care of ourselves?

It's time to dance... to be joyful... warm and loving. There is nothing to protect. Love is our protection. When we love like God, then we will know the only true freedom that there is... the freedom to love. It is loving coming out of us that makes us happy. Let yourself love and let yourself be happy. Join in the Divine Dance of love and life!

I am filled with love for all that is.

I open my heart to deeper loving and higher living.
