MARCH AFFIRMATIONS
I open to the language of my soul.
I am filled with the Light of the creator.
I resource myself with breath and light.

Shamanic Journey Night

Join us for our monthly Shamanic Journey Night. On the First Friday of each month we will be providing the sacred space for Journey Work, further exploration and journeying, through active imagination and meditation, as well as signs and symbology, and the cosmology or map of the Spirit World.

We use the usual drumming techniques in sacred space to assist anyone to travel on the inner planes. You may journey to solve problems, discover information about healing, receive messages from loved ones (even living), connect more with your own soul and spirit, communicate spiritually with anyone, and for creative inspiration. At the end of the journey we will share our experiences and help you decode the signs and symbols you may have received.

The shamanic journey occurs by shifting awareness or consciousness in order to allow part of your soul to travel independent of the body. As you can imagine, for the soul to take flight under the right circumstances (while you are alive) can be a powerful time of freedom for the soul, and is honoring of this greater aspect of your Self that longs to be free to express! You could say that the realization of your ability to journey is what sleep and even death is awakening us to. How powerful to dream while you're awake!

January 2016: Collective Consciousness

I invoke the Ways of the Peaceful Warrior
I embrace my shadow and honor my inner truth.
I reframe my core beliefs about myself and release my suffering to the light.
I stand in my full power and engage that power to help others.
I relentlessly heal and empower my life.
I align myself with consciously empowered organizations, activities and people.
I am a sacred path teacher and way shower.
I am willing to look at areas of myself that I disown by examining my relationships.
I am willing to see myself as I truly am.

The Way of Oneness Affirmations

I am grateful to be alive.

I allow myself to expand and grow outside of my comfort zone.

When I am experiencing pain in my life, I acknowledge it and then look for the bigger yes that is wanting my attention.

I sit with my pain and the pain of others in non-judgmental discernment.

I feel my feelings and this softens my heart and creates true empathy.

It takes great strength to be tender hearted.

As I create my personal boundaries, I make it possible to come into oneness with others.

Others feel safe around me because they know where I stand.

I ask for clarity in communication if I do not understand.

I take the time to explore my own thoughts and feelings.
The issue may not be how I feel, but what I think about how I feel.
I use empathy, not to excuse another's behavior and position but to see the big picture.

I do not minimize, alter, or deny how I truly feel.

I use only positive self talk, always looking for the love in every situation.

I see myself and others as capable of leading an empowered life.

I do not mask pain in various ways such as anger, humor, or isolation, instead being honest and sitting with my feelings.

I do not express negativity or aggression in indirect and passive ways, instead journaling and seeking counsel from trusted sources.

The more honest I can be with myself about my feelings, the clearer my mind becomes.

With clarity of thought comes healing and empowerment.
As I experience the dance of thoughts and feelings, I do not take it all so seriously.

When I am able to watch and observe my inner dialogue, higher consciousness and greater awareness comes forth.

I pay attention to self-talk, and speak to myself as I would to a friend.

As I invoke the silent watcher within I start to come into oneness with my Higher Self.

My Higher Self is calm and centered with me.

I allow myself to receive praise and recognition.

I am fair and open-minded in my dealing with others.

When I experience conflict I stay present to the pain.

I allow the pain of conflict to create the alchemy of change within me.

I rise up out of conflict and come into oneness, by seeing the deep hidden message.

I come into my own, in full awareness that this is not accomplished alone.

I take responsibility for myself and for my own life, and am attentive to my own needs.

I am responsible for how I feel and what I think, and I respond with love.

I experience the joy of oneness with this creation, as I recognize the sacrifices that have been made by each of us for all of us.
I am one with all that is, even as I am whole and complete within myself.
It is my very wholeness from within that creates awareness of oneness with all that is.

OCTOBER 2015: Everything Is Energy

More and more people are coming to understand that what we can interpret with our physical senses and our conscious intelligence is not the only intelligences and energies at work in the universe. But as we  lose our fascination with what is only available to us through the physical senses and the cognitive mind, we need to continue to develop our intuitive abilities and our spiritual senses to better interpret the energies around and within us, and tap into the power of the Divine Intelligence. 

This is one of the reasons why it is so important to get very clear emotionally, so that we can interpret our experiences with purity and not through the darkened lens of a fear of the unseen, unknown or unusual. If we do not allow ourselves to learn how to read energy in a non-judgmental way we will find ourselves lost in a world of fear, superstition and misinformation. We do not want to burn the witch within. For certainly within each of us there is a master magician and a powerful manifestor, who will benefit greatly by understanding how to better work with and manage energy.

During the month of October we will be increasing our understanding of energy. We will be raising and resetting our vibration, discovering areas that need vibrational re-attunements, learning about how to read and shift the energies surrounding people, places and things, including ourselves and opening to new levels of manifestation. Everything is energy and as such, we invoke the power of change right from within.

ENERGY AFFIRMATIONS

That which is like unto itself is drawn.

The universe is conspiring on my behalf.

The moment I register a desire, focus on that desire and turn that desire into an intention I begin to resonate with that desire and it with me.

 What I truly want, wants me.
