NOVEMBER 2016: Reclaiming the Sacred: Soul Retrieval

The time of the soul's renewal and restoration is upon us. It is time for the reclaiming of the sacred. The world is moving in such a way as to perfectly align with the timing of this re-birthing of our higher, deeper selves. We now have and actually have had, the support of the cosmos for the soul and consequently the spiritual emergence of our true being. We are rapidly becoming. And like all overnight successes, these changes within us have been hard won and a long time coming!

But what does the new earth look like? How will we be different? What will change? The asking of questions is perhaps one of the most prominent hallmarks of the new age. The asking of a question is both masculine and feminine - perfectly balance if asked correctly and with true openness and humility. Once you start asking questions, you have truly begun to engage in the creation of your life through the power of your freed will. Honest inquiry is the first step to wholeness, with it's infusion of innocence and wonder, putting a crack of light into our linear thought patterns, know it all boxed in approach or just plain arrogance and ignorance. Questions are the key to the release of the ego's stranglehold.

So now that you have truly begun an open inquiry, the call is to start listening, smelling and seeing... not just with the five senses, but with your spiritual senses, your intuition, your third eye and your deep insight. It is time to engage with the world through your multi-sensory self and activate the parts of you that can apprehend the hidden, magical inner workings of your own soul and the universe. Let the physical world begin a new kind of conversation with you. It is far more alive and responsive than you may truly realize, bridging both the spiritual/metaphysical and the physical worlds.  And when it begins to speak back to you, as you ask your questions, in ways that maybe only you can understand, you will be in awe of this living cosmos, as we realize that all things contain a spiritual essence.

Soon after this type of communication is engaged, you may find yourself struggling with your thoughts and mental powers and wondering where "what you think" fits into this new mode and way of being. While there is no doubt that spiritual message can come through your mind and your thoughts, the practice of listening through all the spiritual senses relieves your mind of its former burden of being your sole informant (no pun intended). Your mind can now become in service to your soul, instead of the other way around. Prove it to yourself how beautiful it is to live as your soul. Let your soul come home. Give your soul, your spiritual senses, other intelligences and divine will a chance to inform your life.

Once you live in the magic, you won't want to go back to linear life. Once the joy, the beauty and the bounty of this universe is more fully revealed to you, you won't be able to unsee what you have seen. The time is here to let time work for us. We will no longer be working for time. As we come to deeper and more profound revelations about who and what we truly are the soul comes alive. And as the soul comes alive, the Spirit is made flesh... and as the Spirit is made flesh... Heaven is upon the earth....

And when Heaven is upon the earth...there is true Love...

OCTOBER 2016: Light of Your Soul

Our human journey is a study in spiritual alchemy. Alchemy is the art and science of transformation, which follows a very specific and predictable set of protocols. Initially it was couched in secret, scientific encoded writings. However, many mystics have since revealed the code and applied it to the most powerful alchemical laboratory of all: the human being. As we evolve it is apparent that we are turning our base, instinctually driven nature into a fully free willed creator God... the pauper into the King or Queen... the lead of our mortal existence into the "gold" of our immortality... our body into our Soul.

We are always changing, yet we haven't always understood, nor recognized our changes and have even feared change.  In the past, time had been slowed and attuned by the current state of human consciousness, sometimes not allowing us to see the cause of effects enough to truly link up the truth of cause and effect. This was so for many reasons, not the least of which was to give us the gift of time so that we could discern our existence with free will, and learn, discover and grow more into the fullness of our human potential, and our powers to manifest.

Time is key here as we delve into the alchemical marriage of our body/mind/soul and spirit. For it is time that draws us upward on the vertical axis of the path and subjects us to the process of spiritual alchemy. Yet, as we become more fifth dimensional, stepping outside of linear time and space, it becomes imperative to engage with time in a new way. We must have a way to routinely take stock of ourselves as we become increasingly non-linear and more holistic. The medicine wheel with it's ouroborous effect is the complete package that allows us to not only take stock, but setup milemarkers to chart and direct our own progression.

Most of our growth has come through a painful rending of old belief systems, which also tend to show up as a letting go of relationships, careers and other physical manifestations, as well as, dreams, ideas, fantasies and karmic contracts. Without knowledge of spiritual alchemy, these things might appear to make no sense, and serve to further dig us into the roles of victim and perpetrator. But once this most predictable process is realized and we see that we are literally experiencing a kind of spiritual procedure through our own crisis, we have a chance of lifting ourselves into another mode and way of being. While understanding this process from a more cosmic and spiritual evolutionary perspective might not make it immediately less painful, it can relieve any undue suffering from our misunderstanding, internalizing or confusion. Much like a midwife's job is to bring comfort to the birthing mother, by truly understanding spiritual alchemy we can comfort and prepare ourselves for what is to come.

It is through the process of alchemy that our soul emerges and integrates the body and the spirit in the flesh. It is how we become like God. Yet, as we let go of our notions of who and what God is... and turn more toward our own inward journey and allowing that transformation to outwardly manifest, we come to truly know the complexities of the creator, through the gift of our Higher Self... our Holy Guardian Angel. As we entertain greater levels of freedom, we find that we are the captain of our destiny. This can seem like an overwhelming responsibility unless we are aware of the alchemical process by having a system which helps us to keep the lines of communication open between all our aspects. Containers such as meditation, medicine wheel  and Kabbalah helps us to do just that. Ultimately we do not need blind faith to proceed, for we can develop the spiritual eyes to see and the ears to hear the whisperings of our soul.

We are evolving. Humanity has enough time into this process now, and the ability to communicate and compare notes, which is a part of that process itself. For as we observe ourselves and become more and more consciously aware of the depth of our own existence, we then can realize our own tempering into compassionate and loving beings of light, with great powers of healing and creativity which will allow us to fully step into our free will and choose the kind of world we will make real. We can choose heaven or hell. The power is within our hands.

Conversely enough, there is a divine plan however, that was agreed upon by our GodSelf to elevate humanity back to a state of re-unification in God Consciousness. The truth is that we cannot fail. Because just because we do not remember our GodSelf and our master purpose, doesn't mean that our soul doesn't remember. And this process of alchemy will birth our soul, one way or another. And when the soul comes stalking, the things we need to experience to awaken will happen.

It is our work here to awaken the GodSelf within through love and awareness, and proactive midwiving of the soul's emergence. This is why our power to communicate is so important. Messengers are being sent to tell us that it does not have to be difficult. Great sacrifices have been made to ensure that each wave of souls successively has an easier birth. So we must take this great gift, awaken now and receive the grace of our existence in this moment. Let love live through us, allow our souls to emerge and heaven on earth to end the war between fear and love.

SEPTEMBER 2016: Soul Star Rising

Chances are, if you are reading this, if you are here and interested in the Light, you are a modern mystic, a seeker of truths, sacred insights and deep magic. Maybe you're even a wisdomkeeper yourself! It didn't used to be "safe" to own any of that. In fact, it used to be quite detrimental to one's health to be entertaining such an intimate relationship with the divine. But the world is fast becoming a different place. The tipping point has been reached and now the correction has begun.

We are at a very delicate stage of our human evolutionary development, both as a whole and as individuals. We have enough consciousness now and enough layers of denial removed to realize the extent of what humanity has been through. Most of us have processed gallons of grief, boatloads of anger and gigawatts of rage. Some of us have done so much clearing that we are starting to have past life recollections and visions on a regular basis. Some of us are developing the new skills that will soon be coming online for everyone such as increased psychism, heightened empathic senses, and mediumship including clairvoyance, clairsentience, and clairaudience. This will bring us to yet a whole new set of issues to be dealt with.

One of the most wonderful and powerful gifts that are coming to more and more people is the power to channel their spiritual guides, which include ascended masters, ancestors, animal spirits and angels, in addition to our Higher Selves and our own soul! When we begin to take this communication seriously everything changes. These guides and guardians exist to help us. When we don't call on them, or take them seriously we are denying ourselves the deep magic. For it is these beings who guide us through the dimensional gateways to higher consciousness and help us anchor it with meaning into our lives!

As all of these strange new human qualities emerge, we need a great deal of support. It is important to receive that support so that we can help each other stay grounded in our ascension process. After all, we're not leaving the planet, we are shifting and changing, just as Gaia is shifting and changing. We are connected and that has never been more apparent. It's time to let your own radiant soul have authority over your life. It's time to trust these parts of yourself that have been long hidden. It's a great mystery how the soul emerges and it is a process to be respected and revered. New earth is taking hold and it's now time to let your own Star Be Born.

JULY 2016: RELEASE OF SUFFERING

“You can give without loving, but you cannot love without giving.”

A Bodhisattva is a being who has endured the path of suffering, has processed their karma and is in full realization of their darma. That is to say, now they are free to do their life's work which entails "going back" and helping others to attain that same freedom. They have transcended the need for death and rebirth because they have come to know themselves and consequently others so well, that there is nothing left to "die" to. In other words, they have come full circle within themselves. The illusion of physical reality has been put in its place and the power of the Higher Self has been fully integrated into the body. For the Bodhisattva, what is occurring on the physical level is very real, but it is not the end of the story.

The Bodhisattva knows that everything is energy, the power of the mind and the purpose of suffering.
Therefore the Bodhisattva's master purpose is to relieve the "needless" suffering of the world. This is done by becoming the embodiment or the "antidote" to a certain type of suffering, which arises as a result of the sufferer being locked into the mindset that physical reality is all there is. The Bodhisattva is well aware of and can work with non-local reality to hold the space for the suffering to move forward. The further along the Bodhisattva gets in grounding their energies into the physical, the more people they can assist to heal.

Opening to the experience of Bodhisattva is a very personal and powerful one on the path to healing, empowerment and enlightenment. You may think it is just for some. But let me assure you that this archetype is dead center on the path to freedom. So I'd like to show some practical ways to encourage and activate the energies of the Bodhisattva into your life.

My healing modality utilizes the power of archetypal energies, Light, color and visualization. One exercise to bring in the power of the Bodhisattva and to further develop and integrate those characteristics into our life is balancing, integrating, and interweaving the energies located at the Sacral Chakra. The sacral chakra holds in it's structure the gateway for us to express our creativity, passion and sexuality by activating our life force in readiness for manifestation. This is more or less where the Kundalini energy coalesces before it takes physical form, as is outpictured by the womb of a woman being the container for the growing human embryo.

There are two master archetypes that are working with us to teach us lessons and in layman's terms "running programs" within our psyche and energy body in the sacral chakra. They are the Martyr and the Emperor/Empress (or another name might be the Hedonist). These two powerful forces are neither good, nor bad in their own right. They just are. And yet, certainly one or the other can take dominance and help us spin our life out of control. The key lies in integrating these energies together. It might seem like an impossible task, considering how they seem to be polar opposites. It is important to understand that what will be created out of the merging of these energies within us, is yet a third thing: The Bodhisattva.

Imagine a venn diagram and you can see how this occurs. (A venn diagram is two circles which are drawn partially overlapping that creates a vertical eye shape where the two circles overlap.) This is exactly how these energies work together. Where we want to stay is in the space of that eye, where the two meet. This is where the Bodhisattva energies become active in our life. Sometimes we are moving into that space without consciousness. The purpose of this teaching is to help you move and stay in that space more often, ultimately operating your entire life from that middle path with full consciousness, focus and will.

The Bodhisattva has been there and done that....you can't play a player. It is very difficult to pull the wool over the eyes of someone who has admitted to the worst in their own self and has faced and continues to face their own fears and darkness. The Bodhisattva holds a great deal of light for this very reason; they are always shining the light of truth upon themselves. This release of their own suffering is what has made room in their aura and in their soul to hold these powerful energies. And it is in this way that they work with the archetype of martyr or the wounded healer. Yet, the wounded healer can be very dysfunctional all on their own. The wounded healer can help a great many people heal, but it is often at a great price and that is that this occurs sometimes through coyote medicine and they themselves are keeping their own woundedness in the dark by covering it with helping others.

The opposing force to the martyr is the emperor/empress or hedonist. The hedonist loves life, enjoys pleasure and makes sure that they are well taken care of, especially on the physical level. As you can imagine, the hedonist is a prime candidate for acting out addictions and aggression, while the martyr is the one who represses and "acts in", meaning most of their transgressions are committed against themselves.

Hopefully you can see how these two archetype could benefit by joining forces. The bottom line is that the martyr, who is willing to die for their cause needs to be balanced by the hedonist, who is willing to live for their cause. It is difficult to give what you do not have or know that you have. Therefore it is imperative in the development of the Bodhisattva that they begin to receive in order to share. This is where the power of the hedonist, put in check by the martyr can allow this new creature to emerge within: The Bodhisattva.

This is the middle way, the middle path and is a vital component to becoming a healthy altruist. These archetypes are very, very powerful. Working with an archetype is like downloading a program that bypasses sensory input. This is working energetically and on a soul level. Even if you don't understand, your soul or your psyche will.

A powerful method to integrate these energies is to do chakra balancing and healing work, concentrating especially at the sacral, root and solar plexis. Envision the color red at your feet up to your groin, now see the color yellow at your navel, allow these two color to merge at the womb area (below the navel) and see the color orange emerge. On your left side envision the martyr - even call to mind someone in real life or from history that you associate with this, and on your right side envision an emperor or empress. See each character in all their regalia. Allow these energies to permeate your mind. Now see them coming together in your womb area, and inside that color orange see them coming together and becoming one being. This is your Bodhisattva. Take this being and allow it to become as large as your physical body. See yourself heart to heart, face to face. Step into this being and allow yourself to feel the immense, wisdom, devotion, compassion and divine love as you mingle your energies.

You have now drawn the divine matrix for the Bodhisattva to emerge in your life. This will open the gates of glory in your life. The irony is that the word glory will take on a whole new meaning. The glory will be for the great work. The glory will be that you understand that you belong to the world and the world belongs to you. There is no separation and so there is no sacrifice. The giving and the receiving are inextricably combined. Abundance will flow and you will create or become a part of a powerful legacy. When the Bodhisattva, this royalty shows up in your life, you will be at a place where your loss of innocence, all you have been through will be coming full circle and your life force will be activated in a way that you can't possibly now imagine. The beauty of it all will be revealed and you will see the undeviating justice at work in the world as you fully claim your personal power for the highest good of us all.

May you walk in beauty. May you walk in peace. May you be overflowing with love and compassion as you create, integrate and embody your art, your work, your masterpiece in this world. They key is to feel like an empress and think like a martyr and you will be guided onto the middle path every time. This is the becoming of the Bodhisattva.

Each morning I lie quietly before arising and allow my higher self to speak to me.
