 Matt will facilitate a “FreeFlow” where participants will explore meditation, free movement, asana and deep relaxation to the inspiring sounds of the Hang. All levels welcomed, you will be free to move (or rest) in your own unique flow. 2013 is giving birth to an era of accelerated change. FreeFlow is designed to help you gain greater trust with your inner guide to navigate these changes with more grace and ease.
