"The universe is a manifestation of the one, and the oneness is inside the soul. The soul is our real self. The ego is who we think we are.' - Ram Dass
There are 2 trees: The Tree of Knowledge (of Good & Evil) and the Tree of Life. These trees are correspondent to the neural nets in the brain and the way that we process realities. The "Tree of Knowledge" creates a certain pattern of exploration in duality within the brain state. The opposing hemispheres are fired up as we live our lives and come online. But as we become ready to truly live a second tree begins to alight in our brains and ultimately our body: the "Tree of Life". This stimulates new neural net activity. Consciousness grows. As we become whole brain functioning the new neural connections of the Tree of Life overlay the Tree of Knowledge. Duality is understood as transient and Eternity is understood as immortal. Thus we evolve into a more complete awareness of our inner and outer nature. Our true essence begins to permeate our life as we experience the layers of reality, and we begin to synthesize this into oneness and a singularity of rich experience.
Here the spirit and soul become one, mind and matter merge into an indistinguishable continuum, God and Goddess unite within us, and the new realm of love and peace is ONE.

"Oneness does not mean we are the same. It means we are connected. That has ramifications. Not understanding that "no man is an island" is the root of all trouble and sorrow." - Rev. Renee Bledsoe
Oneness is Tantra. It is a kind of seeing that becomes the practice of being in full relationship with life—a living connection with all that is. It is a complete opening of the Self to the self and vice versa. It is an awakening and a quickening of the senses, awareness, and emotions—to the present moment and experiencing reality from that place of openness and oneness.Tantra affirms all aspects of the material world as infused with divine feminine power or Shakti. This is also known as Holy Spirit,】 or Shekhina.
Tantra is not focused on a single person, place or thing, because it is a way of being, seeing and relating which touches all aspects of life, inner, outer and other worlds. Though a person, place or thing can become a focal point, it is an intimate relationship with life that is grounded in and guided by Truth. That Truth reveals the reality and true nature of Love. This predicates the awakening of the divinity of humanity and the making sacred of Gaia, Mother Earth. Our body and the earth are experienced as one with the Divine.
Munay Ki, Ho 'Oponopono, Huna, Baqua, Namaste, Passion of the Christ, and the Beauty Way are all examples of Tantra as a cross cultural way of life.
"What seems to be happening at the moment is never the full story of what is really going on. Inter-connectedness is a fundamental principle of nature. Nothing is isolated. Each event connects with others. Things are constantly unfolding on different levels. It's for us to perceive the warp and woof of the Oneness of All as best we can, and learn to follow our own threads through the tapestry of life with authenticity and resolve." - Jon Kabat-Zinn
"The first peace, which is the most important, is that which comes within the souls of people when they realize their relationship, their oneness with the universe and all its powers, and when they realize at the center of the universe dwells the Great Spirit, and that its center is really everywhere, it is within each of us." - Nicholas Black Elk

THE GREAT SCROLL: THE UNION OF SPIRIT AND FLESH
"The union of spirit and flesh is the 'one thing' spoken of by Hermes Trismegistus, who was also known as Mercurius, in his Emerald Tablet; it is the aqua vitae and quintessence of Alchemy; it is the Qi of Chinese Qigong; it is the Tao of Lao Tzu and Chuang Tzu; it is the Mysterious Female and tenuous matter of mystic Taoism; in Hinduism it is represented by Ardhanarisvara, who is the union of Shiva and Shakti, of being and non-being; it is the Great Way into Zen stillness, the Mother Luminosity or Rainbow Body of Dzogchen Buddhism, and the enlightened body of Buddha; it is the Tree of Life, linking Heaven and Earth; it is the transfiguration of the canononical Gospels, and the 'rapture' of Revelation; it is "of movement, and of rest", as declared by Christ in the Gospel of Thomas, and "The Word become flesh", of the Gospel of John; it is the ascension to unity spoken of in the New Age movement, and it is the eternal OM of the Goddess Lakshmi; it is the foundation of the Kabbalah; it is the unified wave structure of matter, of the new physics, and dark matter of astrophysics; it is the body electric of Walt Whitman, and the body divine. In short, the union of spirit and flesh is the essential component of all progressive cosmologies, for it is the true enlightenment.
Historically this 'oneness' has be called advaita (non-dual). However, the non-dualists of history seem to have overlooked the flesh as being part of that oneness, and continually declared that the body, and all matter, were merely illusion. Fortunately humanity is at a point in its evolution where the flesh can be known to be divine, and a new advaita in which emptiness and fullness are one can come into being. For some people there must be a healing of the pain caused by division in order for them to return to the original harmony of the cosmos.
It is through this new, and absolute, unity and oneness that the true ascension of Sophia, our cosmic being, occurs. This is when the vibration of flesh is raised into the vibration of spirit, and the vibration of spirit descends into harmony with the flesh. Within this new and holy oneness, nothing shall be alien: matter is mind, will is consciousness, and flesh is now holy ground! A truly Pagan event: the divination of matter has occurred. This unification is the actual intent behind the Christian Eucharist and the Catholic communion; the word 'catholic' means 'universality'- or, that which is without limits. Communion is thus the integration of the body (flesh) and the blood (spirit), of Heaven and Earth, of form and formlessness, of Creator and Created, and of He and She.
The Aquarian Age is upon us, and Love is the one and only Law. And, as in the Jeweled Web of Indra- in which the entire cosmos is made of hollow gems, each filled with nothing but the reflection of all other gems- we must now know and feel that separateness is an illusion and we are all actually an interdependent, multidimensional, infinite oneness. Each of us is everything. A great silence. A new vibration. An holistic ascension. This is the Aquarian Awakening into the Cosmic Christ."

The Way of Oneness Affirmations
I allow myself to expand and grow outside of my comfort zone.
When I am experiencing pain in my life, I acknowledge it and then look for the bigger yes that is wanting my attention.
I sit with my pain and the pain of others in non-judgmental discernment.
I feel my feelings and this softens my heart and creates true empathy.
It takes great strength to be tender hearted.
As I create my personal boundaries, I make it possible to come into oneness with others.
Others feel safe around me because they know where I stand.
I ask for clarity in communication if I do not understand.
I take the time to explore my own thoughts and feelings.
The issue may not be how I feel, but what I think about how I feel.
I use empathy, not to excuse another's behavior and position but to see the big picture.
I do not minimize, alter, or deny how I truly feel.
I use only positive self talk, always looking for the love in every situation.
I see myself and others as capable of leading an empowered life.
I do not mask pain in various ways such as anger, humor, or isolation, instead being honest and sitting with my feelings.
I do not express negativity or aggression in indirect and passive ways, instead journaling and seeking counsel from trusted sources.
The more honest I can be with myself about my feelings, the clearer my mind becomes.
With clarity of thought comes healing and empowerment.
As I experience the dance of thoughts and feelings, I do not take it all so seriously.
When I am able to watch and observe my inner dialogue, higher consciousness and greater awareness comes forth.
I pay attention to self-talk, and speak to myself as I would to a friend.
As I invoke the silent watcher within I start to come into oneness with my Higher Self.
My Higher Self is calm and centered with me.
I allow myself to receive praise and recognition.
I am fair and open-minded in my dealing with others.
When I experience conflict I stay present to the pain.
I allow the pain of conflict to create the alchemy of change within me.
I rise up out of conflict and come into oneness, by seeing the deep hidden message.
I come into my own, in full awareness that this is not accomplished alone.
I take responsibility for myself and for my own life, and am attentive to my own needs.
I am responsible for how I feel and what I think, and I respond with love.
I experience the joy of oneness with this creation, as I recognize the sacrifices that have been made by each of us for all of us.
I am one with all that is, even as I am whole and complete within myself.
It is my very wholeness from within that creates awareness of oneness with all that is.
