The Way of Oneness Affirmations

I am grateful to be alive.

I allow myself to expand and grow outside of my comfort zone.

When I am experiencing pain in my life, I acknowledge it and then look for the bigger yes that is wanting my attention.

I sit with my pain and the pain of others in non-judgmental discernment.

I feel my feelings and this softens my heart and creates true empathy.

It takes great strength to be tender hearted.

As I create my personal boundaries, I make it possible to come into oneness with others.

Others feel safe around me because they know where I stand.

I ask for clarity in communication if I do not understand.

I take the time to explore my own thoughts and feelings.
The issue may not be how I feel, but what I think about how I feel.
I use empathy, not to excuse another's behavior and position but to see the big picture.

I do not minimize, alter, or deny how I truly feel.

I use only positive self talk, always looking for the love in every situation.

I see myself and others as capable of leading an empowered life.

I do not mask pain in various ways such as anger, humor, or isolation, instead being honest and sitting with my feelings.

I do not express negativity or aggression in indirect and passive ways, instead journaling and seeking counsel from trusted sources.

The more honest I can be with myself about my feelings, the clearer my mind becomes.

With clarity of thought comes healing and empowerment.
As I experience the dance of thoughts and feelings, I do not take it all so seriously.

When I am able to watch and observe my inner dialogue, higher consciousness and greater awareness comes forth.

I pay attention to self-talk, and speak to myself as I would to a friend.

As I invoke the silent watcher within I start to come into oneness with my Higher Self.

My Higher Self is calm and centered with me.

I allow myself to receive praise and recognition.

I am fair and open-minded in my dealing with others.

When I experience conflict I stay present to the pain.

I allow the pain of conflict to create the alchemy of change within me.

I rise up out of conflict and come into oneness, by seeing the deep hidden message.

I come into my own, in full awareness that this is not accomplished alone.

I take responsibility for myself and for my own life, and am attentive to my own needs.

I am responsible for how I feel and what I think, and I respond with love.

I experience the joy of oneness with this creation, as I recognize the sacrifices that have been made by each of us for all of us.
I am one with all that is, even as I am whole and complete within myself.
It is my very wholeness from within that creates awareness of oneness with all that is.

OCTOBER 2015: Everything Is Energy

More and more people are coming to understand that what we can interpret with our physical senses and our conscious intelligence is not the only intelligences and energies at work in the universe. But as we  lose our fascination with what is only available to us through the physical senses and the cognitive mind, we need to continue to develop our intuitive abilities and our spiritual senses to better interpret the energies around and within us, and tap into the power of the Divine Intelligence. 

This is one of the reasons why it is so important to get very clear emotionally, so that we can interpret our experiences with purity and not through the darkened lens of a fear of the unseen, unknown or unusual. If we do not allow ourselves to learn how to read energy in a non-judgmental way we will find ourselves lost in a world of fear, superstition and misinformation. We do not want to burn the witch within. For certainly within each of us there is a master magician and a powerful manifestor, who will benefit greatly by understanding how to better work with and manage energy.

During the month of October we will be increasing our understanding of energy. We will be raising and resetting our vibration, discovering areas that need vibrational re-attunements, learning about how to read and shift the energies surrounding people, places and things, including ourselves and opening to new levels of manifestation. Everything is energy and as such, we invoke the power of change right from within.

ENERGY AFFIRMATIONS

That which is like unto itself is drawn.

I am a multi-dimensional being of light, color and sound frequencies.

I re-attune my body through energy healing and balancing activities.

If I wish to be more abundant, I will invest in myself. If I wish that others will utilize my services, I will utilize the services of others.

The universe is conspiring on my behalf.

The moment I register a desire, focus on that desire and turn that desire into an intention I begin to resonate with that desire and it with me.

 What I truly want, wants me.

I am, that I am.

Gift of the Shaman Returns

An increasing number of individuals go to shamans to support their well-being. Shamanic healers exist in all cultures. The attire and customs may vary, but the essence of what they do is remarkably similar: they work as intermediaries between Spirits and our reality to support positive change.

What happens in a shamanic healing session?
The core of the work happens while the shaman journeys to the spiritual world to gain insights about a particular situation and support healing. A session also generally includes hands-on healing to help integrate the effects of the journey, release blockages and increase the body’s innate healing ability.

How can a shamanic healing support your health?
Clients generally come to a shaman with a long list of issues they want to work on, including serious health issues, emotional and physical traumas. Shamanic healing works as an adjunct to, not a substitute for, conventional medical or psychological services. Medical practitioners refer patients to a shaman to help them better integrate a treatment, or release energetic and emotional blocks.

What is so powerful in a shamanic healing?
Shamanism works at a level from which we are often dissociated in our modern busy lives. It helps reconnect the different dimensions of a human being. The shaman creates a safe and sacred container for the client to develop a state of relaxation and radical presence in which healing energies can be brought to your whole being, bypassing most usual resistances, facilitating a healing you may have stopped believing in.

Which benefit can you expect from a shamanic session?
At the end of a session, you will have gained invaluable insights about the different dimensions of your situation. You will feel peaceful and hopeful, unusually clear in your mind and body. In most cases, you will also feel immediate physical shifts. The effects of the healing will continue to unfold as time goes by.

Is there any follow-up treatment suggested?
It varies greatly from person to person. Some people may need to work with the shaman over a few months to consolidate the results from the initial session. A conscientious shaman always checks with a client in the weeks following an initial session to discuss how things are enfolding for them.

How often should I get a shamanic healing?
Most individuals find it useful to come back for a shamanic journey every few months or once a year.

Is shamanism associated with some sort of religion practice?
Shamanism is not a religion, nor does it interfere with any religion. Individuals’ beliefs are always fully respected. Though shamanic healing works at the level of the soul, no belief is required on the client’s part, no need to understand all of it, just an open attitude. The shaman’s ethic is to respect your boundaries and will. A shamanic healing is often a life changing experience but it is entirely yours; you remain the one in charge.

This is your life, your time to experience the opportunity to make this manifested world to be drenched with light, filled with Spirit, overflowing with joy and abiding in love. What a gift this life, at this time, like no other time in human history do we have the benefit rolling forward on the cosmic waves of the collective consciousness of humanity to guide us to the shores of Shamballa. We can do this. It's your life. If not you, then who? Go for and grab that Golden Ring. The ring takes many forms, but the essence comes from the Light of your own Soul. When the Light of your Soul is the indwelling presence of the divinity is made known to you, then all matter becomes spiritualized. If there is any capacity at all for it to be good, right, beautiful, functional, helpful, artful or inspirational, then it can be filled with Light, and it's essence can be made known to you. It's our job to shine the light, to put the good stuff in, to raise up and use our energy for the glory of this creation. When you go for the gold, you elevate this existence.. when you elevate this existence in consciousness... you bring heaven to earth. Let the beauty of true love become your essential reality in all that you encounter, including yourself.

The Golden Ring

I am surrounded by golden celestial light.

I bask in the warmth of the glowing light this is all around me.

I take care of myself body, mind, heart and soul.

I nurture wholeness within myself.

My wholeness is my gold.

I open my heart to good.

I receive good in order to share good.

I receive love in order to share love.

I am in service to God's love.
